Today’s leading companies know the best way to resonate with customers is to measure their expectations and act on their feedback. That means more and more, they’re looking to employee and customer insights to inspire the next big idea.
Join us at SMG Power User Exchange 2016, where together we’ll explore innovative ways for your program to create a lasting impact by powering an insights culture.
Diana Kander will focus her presentation on how to create an innovative company culture that encourages employees to think like entrepreneurs and build better customer connections.
Having founded and sold a number of successful ventures, Diana currently works as Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Missouri and is a Senior Fellow at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation—the world’s largest non-profit organization dedicated to entrepreneurship and education. In addition to coaching companies and non-profits on how to inspire innovation, Diana is the author of The New York Times best-selling novel All in Startup.
